rundll - only in mail and always in mail

I'm running IE 6 and XP...whenever I access mail (Yahoo or Hotmail or
Outlook Express) I get
An exception error occurred when trying to run
"C\Windows\System32\btiein.dll,Downloads"

I tried deinstalling IE 6 and reinstalling but no luck...no changes in my
mail configs

Any suggestions?
