RUNDLL message error

Could someone please help me with this problem?

Every time users log onto my computer a wondiw pops up
that's titled "RUNDLL".

It says,

"Error loading C:/WINDOWS/Downloaded Program
Files/bridge.dll

The specified module could not be found."

What does this mean, and how can I fix it? There are
three of us who share my computer and we have downloaded
a couple of programs. How can I find out which program
this is associated with and would it be okay to delete
the program and try downloading it again?

That was a parasite that has been removed, leaving the entry at startup
that tries to load it. Start - Run MSconfig.exe and look on the Startup
page, in the Command column, for the reference: it will be something
like
rundll32.exe bridge.dll
and uncheck the box on that line. Exit - do not bother to reboot, but
next time you do there will be a message about 'System Configuration'.
Check the 'Do not show again' box and exit
