RUNDLL.EXE problem

When I boot up my machine, I get the following errors:
MFC70.dll - not found
Rundll.exe - unable to locate component (What component?)
Error loading 2ndsrch.dll

This looks like a case where some spyware or other nasty has been
installed, and then found and removed by anit-spyware (eg AdAware) or
maybe AV, but the line that ran it has ben left. The MFC70.dll may have
come as part of that: it is a shared library from Visual Studio - it
would probably be necessary to reinstall that to recover the file should
it turn out to be needed for anything else

Start - Run - MSConfig.exe and look on the startup page for a line where
the Command column has
rundll32 2ndsrch.dll
..and uncheck it

And update the definitions for AdAware or similar and run it again
