RunDLL error on start up

After running Ad-Aware and removing listed spy-ware, I now get this error on start up

Error loading C:\WINDOWS\System32|bridge.dl
The specified module could not be found

After pressing ok, I have no further problems with any programs

Can someone help me get rid of this error every time I boot up

Wow, I don't follow all that stuff. Can you help me with a little easier instructions
