rundll error message

i had a virus on my computer that was taking care of.
however, i am now recieving the following message every
minute: error loading c:\progra~1\common~2\addres
~1\cnbabe.dll
if somebody knows how to make this stop i would grately
appreciate it.

I think you either have a virus, trojan or spyware still
installed. Download and run spybot search and destroy.

Certainly something must be running to prompt that
error message.
