Rundll error message with start-up

I get an "Error loading C:\WINNT\Downloaded Program
Files\bridge.dll" message followed by "the specified
module could not be found" message at the start-up of
Windows.

I also cannot download programs to my computer and am
wondering if this is related to the same problem???

This is helpful , but it requires already having Norton AV
on the computer and I cannot download it. Is there
another way to delete it?

It's malware and is being called at boot. Files in that folder should NEVER be called at boot. Untregister the file:

in the C:\WINNT\Downloaded Program Files in Command prompt:

regsvr32 /u bridge.dll | OK

Then get the call to this file out of your start up\boot calls and that should take care of it.
