rundll error message at startup

Everytime I boot or reboot I get the error message "rundll Error loading
C:\windows\bs3.dll" The specified module could not be found.
ow may I correct this?

This file is part of some malware. See
http://www.safersite.com/PestInfo/b/bs3_dll.asp. Check your startup
settings to find out what is causing this and remove this item.
