RUNDLL Error Loading WINNT

I have started to get the message below when starting up.
Any idea on how to fix? Thanks, Joe

RUNDLL
 
Do this:

Start | Run | regsvr32 /u C:\WINNT\Downloaded Program Files\bridge.dll | OK

What happens?
 
I got this message when I tried that:

RegSvr32

LoadLibrary("C:WINNT\Downloaded") failed - The specified
module could not be found.

Crap try Start | Run | regsvr32 /u "C:\WINNT\Downloaded Program Files\bridge.dll" | OK What happens now?
