RUNAS Command

I would like to know what is the line command to open a XP Control Panel of
a limited user and make changes with administrator privileges.

Ex.:

runas /profile /env /user:my_domain\admin "mmc %windir%\system32\dsa.msc"

There is a script available called 'MakeMeAdmin'
(http://blogs.msdn.com/aaron_margosis/archive/2005/03/11/394244.aspx), which
enables a user to become Admin just for the time to start one process (in
your case control.exe) Logoff/logon is not reqiuired.
Guess that's what you wanted?
