Run time errors

I'm getting a lot of "run time errors", when I click on different parts of Internet Explorer
I have the latest upgrades and no viruses(NAV)
The most common is 914
It asks to debug Yes or No
What is this?
 
Open Internet Explorer, go to Tools, select Internet Options, go to the
Advanced tab, place a check next to "Disable script debugging" and make sure
there is not check next to "Display a notification about every script
error," click apply and ok.
 
Open event viewer youll find more details to the specific error,howeve
runtime error usually deals with lack of memory for the os to use
If ram is min.increase,if ram is ok,youll probably find virtual memory isnt se
properly (system properties-advanced).
