run-time error

when computer turn on after 5-10 seconds, a message pops up in a small box
with a icon on the upper left hand corner , and the message reads " NT
SERVICE , RUN-TIME ERROR '13' TYPE MISMATCH " any idea what this is ??

Hi there Phil,

Try this:

Right click on my computer and left click on manage. Under the Event
Viewer, check the System and Event logs for any errors that match the
description of the error you gave us. Once you find it, Send us the Event ID
and Source so we can track it down for you.

Unfortunately, the error that you gave us can occur in a wide variety of
applications. That error notice will help us out a bit more in
troubleshooting.

system error , ID 1003 and service control manager , ID 7000 and ID 7034
