Run Time Error Message

I just created an automated command bar in access 2002. Now I get the error
"Run time Error! Program: C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office10\MSACCESS.EXE This application has requested the Runtime to
terminate it in an unusual way. Please conatct the application's support team
for more information.". What I have done is uninstall Office and reinstall
it, same error occurs. It seems to be specific to this computer as I run the
same mdb on a different machine without any problem

I found the solution. I started Access in safe mode by pressing and holding
down the "ctrl" key at same time starting an mdb.
