run-time error "70": permission denied...on windows vista

Hi there
I have just install a dictionnary on my computer but evrytime i want to use
it i guet this meessage:
Run-time error "70": permission denied
This under windows vista...any ideas

Hi again thank you for your answer, i think the problem is caused by a
administrator failure, the subinacl couldn't proceed instead i got several
messages ex.
administrators1337 security structure not valuable(Translated from danish).
C:/grant=administrators=f/grant=administrator=system=f
securityprivilege:denied

You have to run the command at a command prompt with elevated
privileges. Also, this is a Windows XP group, you should post Vista
questions to one of the Vista groups.
