I have Alpha 500a workstation having os Windows NT 4.0
workstation, with MS-OFFICE 97.
On alpha machine, when i open an excel file which is
sharable, from an intel machine which is connected on a
wan (having routers at both the ends) i got the follwoing
error.
run-time error '1004'
this command is not available in a shared workbook
when i reinstalled all the above things then say for 10-15
hours it works properly without giving me above error but
after that it gives me above error every time when i opens
an excel file, which is on intel machine connected on a
wan.
if i opened the same file from other alpha machine which
is on lan with this alpha machine. it does not give error.
please guide me.
