Run Time Acces 2007

Hello,

Run-time for Acces 2007 seems to be bundled in the Office 2007 dev-kit
that should be free.
Does anyone heard about a release date ?

There is no "compilation process". The run-time is the same msaccess.exe
executable as the full retail version of Access, limited by literally
hundreds of registry entries so that it cannot make design changes to the
MDB. Packaging an application with the run-time doesn't compile the
application into an executable: it doesn't change the application in any
way, shape or form. All you're doing is including the run-time executable
with your application so that users who don't already have Access installed
will be able to use your application.

As above, since msaccess.exe is intended for Windows only, so to is the
run-time.
