Hi,

the bug descripted as:

When you open a chart object in Access 2007 on a computer that is running
Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008, you see a blank chart.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/956054/en-us

also appears in Access 2003.

For 2007 there does a hotfix exist. Any solution for Acc 2003 available ?
That bug drives me nuts ...

You could always upgrade your Vista to XP. :) I think history will
record XP as Microsoft's last OS that actually usually worked. Sounds like
they are repeating Vista's mistakes in Win 7.

fine, go, tell that the customer ...

He's only using 40.000 PCs and just did a big Rollout from XP to Vista ...

Looks like he'll need to use Office 2007 as well. I do suggest, however that
critical line of business applications should be thoroughly tested BEFORE
making any upgrade plans. That seems like a small price to pay. especially
when there are 40,000 machines affected. Of course that's 20.20 hindsight at
this point.
