Run Once request vs Run Once Key

1. If I create a component and add a "Run Once Resource" is that the
same as adding a registry value to
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce ?

2. At what phases in the FBA do the events mentioned in #1 run?

Yes, there are three versions supported Run, RunOnce, and RunOnceEx. The
same registry keys. By default, the Run Once Request resource flag option is
set to 1 - RunOnce. This will run at phase 5000-5500.
