Run on Shutdown

I'm looking for a way to automatically run a
program/script/batch file when the user shuts down the
computer. This is a standalone computer; not on a
network. Windows makes it easy to specify programs to
run on Startup; I want to run one on Shutdown.

Any ideas?

if you're running xp pro, you can use the gpedit.msc or secpol.msc tools to
set logoff events.
