Hello all, I have created a batch file that copies the my documents and other
folders to a file server, all computers are windows xp pro. Heres the problem
I have used gpedit.msc to run the batch file as a shutdown script, BUT
windows xp closes network connections BEFORE it runs shutdown scripts, is
there a way to get it to run the shutdown scripts before it closes network
connectios ?

Kind Regards,
Remush

Can you execute the script at logoff instead of shutdown?
Another solution is to implement roaming profiles and folder redirection.
