run MPEG4 files in MovieMaker

I'm very new at using MovieMaker & have read the info on using the DIVx file.
I downloaded the file but I don't see how it is loaded as a plugin in
MovieMaker. I also downloaded Gspot but don't really understand how to use
it. Can someone point me to some area that will throughly explain how to do
these things??

The Divx codec isn't used as a plug-in to Movie Maker.
