Run installed program

When I run certain installed program, a pop-up box appears to ask for the
confirmation before launching the program. Can someone advise why it
happens and how to fix it.

It is a security feature of Vista. I know it can be somewhat of a pain, but
is it there for a reason and is best left enabled.

Set it to run as administrator by default.
