Install file

Everytime I launch IE, the computer asks me to install the file at
C:\Users\Raymond\AppData\Local\Temp\Low\~DFC1BA.tmp.exe. I cannot find the
file. Can someone advise me the possible causes and fixes.

Thanks for your advice. I now find the folder and deleted all files under
the folder. However, when I launched IE again, the file and folder are
recreated automatically. Any further advice!!
