Run, Help & Support and Search not working

After installing SP2 and after running Registry First Aid
& Error Nuker programs, my start menu Run , Help & Help
buttons don't work nor give any error messages. I have
tried Kelly's Korner solutions but there is no effect.
 
I am having the same problem and even when I go through the Control Panel -
Ad tools - Service, help and support isn't even on the list to restart. Hope
we find the solution. I have also tried the websites and downloads to try
and fix it but they don't work.
