Run File on Remote Machine

Is it possible to write some code that will launch a batch file on a
remote machine? I want to run the code from my computer but have the
batch file launch on the remote machine.

There are a bunch of people that would like to rn a batch file on your
macine too. The queston is; are you admin or domain admin for the target
machine?

if not.. tough luck.

If so. this is not a c# language question.
