I'd start with msconfig. Go to start, run and type msconfig and press
enter. Go to the startup tab.
Then use the halving theory. Uncheck half the stuff you don't need and
restart. If the error is still there, then uncheck half again and restart.
If the error is gone then re-check half of your last selection. To the
point, basically you're unchecking or rechecking halves until you find the
one application that's crashing (process of elimination). Once you find the
culprit, uninstall, reinstall or disable it.
