Run Command

Somewhere along the way I have lost the ability to click
on the "start" button then click on the "run" option. It
is no longer on my start menu. Can someone tell me how
to get it back?

Right-click on your Taskbar and select:
Properties > Start Menu > Customize.
Place a check next to "Display Run".
Click OK and Apply.
