Right click on a vacant area of the taskbar - the blue
bar between the Start and the clock. From the menu that
appears click Properties. The start menu and taskbar
properties window will appear. Click the Start Menu tab
followed by the Customise button. in the Customise start
menu window click the Advanced tab. Scroll down the start
menu items listed until you come to Run Command. Place a
tick, i.e., left cick your mouse, in the box to enable
the option. Click Ok followed, at the next screen by
Apply. Click Ok again to exit.
