"Run As" problem

I'm not sure how or why this started but..everytime I go
to open a program I get a prompt asking me which account
I'm signing onto the program with. The prompt says "Run
As". How the heck do I get rid of this feature?

You are logged into your system as a user that doesn't have sufficient
privileges to install/run some programs. You could try logging out and
logging back in as a more powerful user.

Also you'd get better advice in a newsgroup devoted to your version of
Windows; this newsgroup is about security in Access, the database product.

You asked this in a newsgroup dedicated to MS Access, the database program
from Microsoft. If you question isn't regard to this application, then you
are in the wrong newsgroup. Find a news group that corresponds to the
application in which you get this message or the OS that is running on your
machine.
