RUN AS IN XP

I have follow Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 294676
and still can not use the Run As function to load software
on my Windows XP Domain, running Windows 2003 Server
Standard/Enterprise. Can anyone tell me what may be the
problem. I can use the Run As to load software at my
other site with XP, but for some reason this site is not
working correctly.

Hello Frank,

When you use the Runas command how are you using it and what error do you
get?

If the Secondary Logon service is not running, it will not work. Please
review the following KB article to make sure you are implementing it
correclty.
