run as command

Winxp Home edition. Everytime I open a MS application, the "Run as" window
opens and I have to uncheck the box saying that my files are being protected.
I want to disable this such that I have no popup when opening MS apps. How
do I do it?

I have an idea,
rightclick your shortcuts and click on "characteristics"
Look at the coming window, there should be a hook that you didn´t wont..
