Run as command

Hi all - I am having trouble getting an app to stay running after logging
out. I would like install it as a system. I tried using the reskit -
nothing. How can I get this app to run as system??

Ok - I give. I cannot find any way to download either the reskit mentioned
in the article or sc.exe individually. I am afraid to manually edit the
registry - at least during working hours! There are several mentions of
downloading the reskit but no links.

sc.zip is in there, as are others
