"Run As" command line vs. right-click menu

When I type runas/? from the command line, it says:

RUNAS [/profile] [/env] [/netonly] /user:<UserName> program


What options do I need to specify on the command line in order to make it
work exactly like using the "Run as..." option in the right-click menu?
