Run as administrator

I am attempting to register an ocx file, but get the error that the help
file says is because I need to run as administrator. To do this it says
right click on the icon of the program to be run (it is the Run command) and
click on run as administrator. But if I right click on the Run icon in
Accessories I do not get that option.

What am I missing?

command>run as admin
once you have the command window open as admin, you can register the file

You can right-click on the Desktop Shortcut Icon for the Program> Run as Admin.
