Run all rules at once?

I'm using Outlook 2003 and there are times that the rules aren't running as
they should. Don't know if this is a know issues or not, but from time to
time I'll run the rules again. I have about 30 rules. It's a real pain to
have to click and place a checkmark next to each rule I want to run. Is
there a way to have Outlook run all the rules I have without clicking on
each one. Or why didn't Microsoft add a "Select All" button???
