Hi there:

How do I create a rule to accomodate:

"when part of the subject line contains the phrase"

Is this even possible?

Plus, why is it that onyl some systems return delivery
reciepts and others do not? I want to be able to recieve
delivery reciepts from all emails I send out without the
recipient being aware. However, I would be happiest with
a read reciept that they are unaware of.

1) Just use separate words or phrases when creating the rule and set the
condition.

2) delivery receips need to be supported by and configured on the
mailserver. Some administrators opt to disable it since it generates more
traffic especially when spam messages are also configured with delivery and
read receipts. Read receipts must also be supported by the mailclient and
they will ALWAYS require enduser interaction. This is independent from which
e-mail client solution is chosen. Note that in some cases the receipts are
already dropped by spam-filters.
