Rules

I had implemented an email "rule" on Outlook 2000. I have since upgraded to
Outlook 2003, and the rule is still in effect, but not visible in the Rules
Wizard. I'd like to turn off this rule. Can anyone help?

Try starting Outlook with the /CleanRules switch:
