Hi,

Can anyone help please...

I have a "customer" who is missing messages from her inbox or should I say
they are disappearing after a certain amount of time.

I checked her rules and sha has a rule stating that all emails for ABC
should go to the folder (created under the inbox) ABC. She also has a folder
ABC under the archived items. I was wondering if the rule would therefore
confuse the two folders?

No.

If they are disappearing after a certain amount of time, check the archive
settings for the folder. It might be set to something like delete after two
weeks.
 
the thing is they are not being deleted from the archive folder - just moving
from the inbox and end up either in the ABC folder under inbox or ABC folder
under archived items...
 
Did you check the archiving setting?
