Rules Won't Stop Running

Somehow my rules got messed up. Every email is being sent
to a folder I created called 'SPAM'. I have deleted every
rule, but it didn't help. Thanks for the help. Here's my
setup:

Outlook 2002 SP3
Windows XP Pro, SP1, fully patched
Member of a Win2K server/Exchange 2000 domain

Do you also have an anti-spam program integrated into Outlook?
