I have the same problem as Just Me. The spam is really getting to me and when
I try to apply rules, the same message shows up. "You dont have the
appropriate permission to perform this operation"

Hi Steve,

Check the rule you have set up to make sure that there is no conflict in the action criteria you have set for this rule. For example, are you trying to move the message before you delete it?
Designing the rule in a slightly different way will often resolve the problem you are having. If you are still unable to get this rule to work correctly, please include the way you have this rule set
up in another post.
