Crazy rules error...

M

I have a rule:

"Apply this rule after the message arrives
with adelphia.net in the message header
permanently delete it."

When this rule is activated on an incoming message,
I get a rules error:
"You don't have appropriate permission to perform this operation."

I have other rules with the same action but with different
search string for the header and they work just fine.

How do I fix this rule because I get a lot of Russian spam and
I don't even read or speak Russian?

I am the only one using this computer and have admin rights on it.

Are you at home? Work?

At my work, I would also try:

a.) Building a new profile (shitty fix, I know, but it works)

b.) Running outlook.exe /cleanviews if you've logged into anothe
computer and loaded outlook.

c.) I would try a ghost network profile and see if it gives same error

c.) try also building a new outlook profile to test.

just a thought,
