I have both the Adult and Junk Mail rules on. Outlook
should delete each email upon receiving it, instead it
just un-highlights them. Any thoughts out
there???...............
 
Check the rule settings. Make SURE that it says delete
and not mark as unread. The rules are on, but what is the
rule being told to do?
