Rules wizard

I can not permanetely delete a rule. I can click on a rule and delelte it
but the next time I open the wizard it is right back? How do I permanetly
delete all rule and start over?
 
What version are you on and are you up to date with Service PAcks?

Try deleting it, press APPLY, then turning Outlook off. Then go back and see
if it's gone.
