Rules Wizard not in Tools menu

The rules wizard does not appear in my Inbox, Tools menu.
What to do?

Tnx for your reply. My Outlook is from Office XP. It is
Outlook 2002 (10.4712.4219) SP-2.

I was wondering if there is some XP system service that is
required for the Rules Wizard to appear. I have disabled
or put on Manual several system services.

No, no XP System services that I know of.

Have you tried resetting the menu bar? View | Toolbars | Customize...select
the Menu Bar from the Toolbars tab and click Reset.

Tnx agn. I tried your reset of menu bar suggestion, but
nothing happened. Still no Rules Wizard. What next?

Hmmm...if you go to View | Toolbars | Customize do you see the Rules Wizard
listed on the Commands tab? Probably in the Tools category? If so, can you
drag and drop it back onto the menu bar?
