Rules with specific words in the subject does not work

Hi,
I sent a rule to work on messages as they come in from a specific
group and specific words = "HD" and it does not work. They do not
process - as though it ignores the specific word.

can anyone help?

i'm using outlook2003 sp1

does it work properly if you use other words? (run it now and set flags to
test)
