Rules replying once per sender

I've been trying to figure out how to make a rule reply
to senders every time they send something. Currently, it
only replies once per sender. Does anyone know how to
change this setting?

Thank you
 
It's how outlook works and prevent mail loops. You'll need a 3rd party
utility like exlife (www.ornic.com) to do it.
