Rules in Outlook 2003 - I want to combine words in a rule

I'm getting lots of junk mail. Outlook allows me to filter emails which
contain a selected word or another selected word. I want to filter emails
that contains a select word and another selected word ... i.e. to have the
rules which are based on "and" not "or". I can do this with two options using
the options to review whats in the body and whats in the body and subject
line but no more. How do I set a rule using "and"? Any ideas

You can't with a single rule.

Create a first rule that checks for one of the words and, with that rule,
set a category on the message.

Then, after that in the list, have a second rule that checks for the other
word *and* that category on the message.
