Rules in Outlook 2003-Exchange, working Offline

Hello

In Outlook 2003 SP3 with Exchange Server 2003, when we work offline we
cannot use (create,run) any rules. In Outlook 2000 this fuction was avaiable,
even offline! Doen anyone know what have changed in Outlook 2003? Also, does
anyone know an option that we can use rules, even offline?

Yes, you can't use your rules when you're offline. I'd say it's because
of a bigger dependency upon the server side storage of rules than in previous
versions, but I'm just guessing.
Also, does anyone know an option that we can use rules, even
offline?

Buy a third party rules engine that works with OL2k3.
