Rules for another mailbox

Background info: I have Outlook 2003 that I use to connect to my Exchange
2003 server. Outlook is setup to open my mailbox and second mailbox that I
use for admin stuff.

My question is, in Outlook, can I create automatic rules that will run on
the the second mailbox to move messages to different folders in that mailbox?
I tried creating the rules and they work if I manually run them. However,
they do not seem to run automatically against the second mailbox.

Thanks!

You can only create rules for the mailbox you're logged directly into. If you have a profile that logs directly into mailbox #2, you can use that to create rules. You may also be able to do it with Outlook Web Access.
