Rules in additional mailboxs

I've got Outlook setup with my own exchange mailbox and a second communal
exchange mailbox that multiple people access. Both mail boxes are setup under
one profile.

What I want is when emails containing certain keywords in their subjects
come in they need to be given a coloured follow up flag. I have succesfully
setup a rule that says,

"Apply this rule after the message arrives
with test123 in the subject
flag message with Orange"

But this rule will only apply to messages received in my own primary
mailbox. I can not get it to run automatically in the communal box. Anyone
know how I can do this?

Sign into the mailbox that you want the rule to run in as the primary
mailbox.
Set up the rule.
Sign out of the mailbox.

So long as the rule isn't a client side rule (in other words, if 'And on
this machine only' or whatever shows up, it probably won't work), it'll
work.
