Rules error

Hi,
I have downgraded office from 2007 to 2003 now my rules stop working. I am
not able to delete/rename/change bcos these rules are gray in shade. When i
try to create rules with same setting its giving me this error.

"One or more rules could not be updated to exchange server and have been
deactivated. This could be becuase some of the parameters are not supported
or there in not enough space to store."

Any help.

Forcefully clear your rules by starting Outlook with the /cleanrules switch
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /cleanrules
